By utilizing our digital resources, you affirm that you are a authorized representative of your entity and that all data provided for KPI tracking is accurate and legally obtained.
The Engagement Standard
We do not provide generic consulting; we provide a platform for objective metrics validation. User accounts are strictly for named professional entities and may not be shared, resold, or sub-licensed without explicit written consent from our Hanoi headquarters.
We reserve the right to suspend access to any user who engages in lateral movement attempts within our infrastructure or utilizes automated scraping tools that exceed standard browser-request frequencies. Regular maintenance windows occur every Sunday at 02:00 UTC+7 to ensure peak platform performance.
02. Intellectual Property & Software Logic
All proprietary algorithms, visualization patterns, and the "Insight Engine" logic remain the exclusive property of Asia Insight Mechanics. While users retain full ownership of their raw metrics, the systemic interpretation and the dashboard UI framework are protected by international copyright laws and Vietnam's intellectual property statutes.

Our liability for system downtime or analytical discrepancy is limited to the value of the service fee paid during the preceding month.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute arising from the use of the Asia Insight Mechanics platform that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in Hanoi.
